The Heritage Flight Museum in Burlington, Washington, held their first “Fly Day” of the year last Saturday, officially kicking off the local airshow season! I especially enjoyed photographing the airplanes that flew at this event, as many of them were World War II era North American AT-6 Texans–one of my favorite airplanes. Here are several photographs of Texans from the event.

The North American P-51 Mustang is also one of my favorite planes, so I was happy that HFM had their Mustang “Valhalla” in the air on Saturday as well.
