This fantastic rainbow appeared for all of about 30 seconds yesterday morning over the Puget Sound.  I was lucky enough to witness it from Sunset Avenue in Edmonds, WA,  and had the good fortune to have my camera with me to capture a picture.  It had been raining heavily and dark clouds were moving through the area, then just as the rain stopped, the rainbow made a brief but brilliant appearance!
