If you live in the Seattle area and are a birder, be sure to check out the Puget Sound Bird Fest which takes place September 11-13 at the Frances Anderson Center in Edmonds. The three-day birding festival includes a wide variety of presentations on birds, bird watching and bird photography, as well as guided walks and field trips around local birding hotspots in the Edmonds area.
The festival also includes a bird photography exhibit that features photographs taken primarily in the Edmonds area. Photos are on display at the Frances Anderson Center (FAC) and at the Edmonds Library next door to the the FAC.
I am excited to have three photographs on display in the Edmonds Library as part of the photo exhibit, including the photo above of a Red-winged Blackbird.
