It’s the time of the year when baby birds are being born and I was fortunate to photograph this Pileated Woodpecker family–Mom, Dad and two chicks–for several days this week. The babies put on quite a show looking out of the hole in the tree and calling for their parents, who would periodically swoop in and feed the babies.
